We receive referrals for care from many
physicians and the medical community.
The referral of a patient is built on
trust and results. Each patient referral
to Preventive Medicine, PC will undergo
a thorough complaint-specific history
and physical exam. All patients and
related medical records and laboratory
tests are reviewed prior to treatment.
Our treatment plans are concise and
effective. Most patients undergo a
course of treatment lasting 2-3 weeks. A
patient’s course of care is based on the
referral physician’s recommendation.
During the course of a patient’s care
all contraindications to treatment are
observed. Our physicians are available
to discuss each patient’s diagnosis or
treatment plan with you.
A copy of the patient’s history and
physical exam findings along with
specific thoughts on the diagnosis and treatment
plan will be mailed to the referring
doctor within one week.
