visit why am I receiving a bill?
A. Since
every insurance plan has different
reimbursements ranges this helps to
prevent large balances at the end of
your care.
Q. My insurance company says they
have not received claims for my care
what should I do?
A. Please
contact us in the
Financial Services Department so that we
may investigate.
Q. Why
does my account statement show an
interest charge?
A. If after 30 days your account
still has a guarantor balance owed, a
finance charge will be added.
Q. How long does in normally take for
my insurance to process my claims?
A. The normal processing time for
insurance companies to process your
medical claims are between 30 to 45
days.
Q. I am experiencing financial
difficulties do I have any options?
A. We have several options to
assist you through financial difficulty
including
CareCredit, monthly payments
you can afford and in some cases a
sliding fee scale. Please contact
Financial Services to make arrangements.
Q. I received a statement in the
mail and it does not show the payments
I’ve made, why?
A. The statements that are sent
to you show only what is outstanding on
your account. If you would like an
